Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Product Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day workflow of our Roblox UGC pipeline. This role ensures that all 3D clothing assets are properly prepared, published, and tracked across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the upload and release of Roblox UGC items

• Maintain product catalogs and ensure accurate metadata

• Track inventory performance and report on key metrics

• Assist with quality control for 3D clothing assets

• Collaborate with designers to ensure timely product launches

• Identify inefficiencies and improve operational workflows

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Familiarity with Roblox platform (preferred but not required)

• Experience with spreadsheets or basic data tracking tools

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Must have valid U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)
